The rules for taking a spot on Bid My Duo. Version 2026-09-10.3.
The campaign
Bid My Duo sells reviewed advertising spaces on this website to help fund an iPhone. Your approved logo, brand name and website link appear in your chosen space until replaced by a higher approved payment or the campaign closes on November 23, 2026 at 23:59 (Madrid time). All times use Europe/Madrid. No new payment or approval is accepted after the cutoff. The final lineup may stay on the website as a campaign record, without a promise of permanent hosting.
Payments and outbids
Small spaces start at $100 and the center at $200. A replacement costs at least $100 more than the live placement. You pay the full amount, not the difference, once through Stripe. Prices are in USD before tax; applicable VAT or other tax is calculated and added at checkout. Your bank may add conversion fees. Each published placement is a separate purchase: bids of $100 and $200 contribute $300 before tax. Being outbid does not refund earlier payments. There is no guaranteed display time, audience, sales result or whole-site exclusivity.
Approval
You must be at least 18 and authorised to represent the brand. Review and correct your details before checkout. Confirmed payment creates an order subject to approval; publication starts the online service. We aim to review within 24 hours, so submit early. Checkout does not reserve a space and review order is not guaranteed. A price that no longer qualifies, a rejected submission, or a submission not published within 7 calendar days or before campaign close is refunded in full. Pending orders cannot displace the final approved holders. A checkout left open may still process a charge; payments confirmed after the cutoff are refunded without publication. Confirmation and terms are sent by email; the contract language is English.
The final stickers
The approved brand holding each space at the cutoff receives a printed logo sticker placed on the project’s iPhone, at no additional charge. Earlier, outbid brands do not receive stickers. We will contact final holders to confirm printable artwork and arrange production after the campaign. Layout and size may be adjusted to fit the actual phone; a proof and production schedule will be agreed before printing. No sticker is shipped to the advertiser, and no phone, guaranteed social post, exposure count or permanent physical display is included. If the phone is unavailable, we will communicate the delay rather than substitute the benefit without agreement. If we cannot fulfil an agreed sticker placement, the final holder can request an appropriate remedy, including a refund where due. A cancelled or refunded final order is not printed and does not automatically promote a previous brand.
Artwork and content
You keep ownership and authorise Bid My Duo to host, resize and display your submitted logo on this website and its campaign history, and, if you are a final holder, to print and apply it to the iPhone. Submit a static PNG, JPG or WebP up to 2 MB and an accurate HTTPS destination. Illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, adult, gambling, weapon or malicious promotions are not accepted. We may decline unsuitable brands with a full refund before publication. Logo and destination changes require review. Harmful content may be suspended while investigated; this does not remove applicable refund rights. Paid links are advertising, not an endorsement. Report concerns through Contact.
Refunds and withdrawal
Rejected, stale and never-published submissions, or orders cancelled before publication, are refunded in full to the original payment method without deducting our processing fees. We aim to initiate these refunds within 24 hours of rejection or expiry. Being outbid or requesting voluntary removal after publication is not itself refundable. Eligible consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason; our policy gives a full refund in that period even if display has started, and removes the placement and any unfulfilled sticker entitlement. Requesting early publication does not waive those rights. Contact us with your name, email and order reference. Online requests are acknowledged by email. Valid statutory withdrawals are refunded within 14 days of notification; banks may take another 5–10 business days to display the credit. Business purchases do not automatically carry consumer withdrawal rights.
Contact and responsibility
Contact Bid My Duo for order changes, complaints, removal or a copy of your order. We aim to reply within 24 hours. We maintain the service with reasonable care and will investigate interruptions or failures and provide an appropriate remedy. No term excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded, including access to competent courts. Changes apply to future purchases, not retrospectively to existing orders. Bid My Duo is independent of Apple Inc.; iPhone is Apple’s trademark. Device artwork is illustrative and the funding target is a project budget.
